signature REFORMER
A balanced, full-body reformer experience designed to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall alignment. This thoughtfully paced class blends controlled movement, core stability, and lengthening work to support a strong, resilient body.

sculpt & Strength REFORMER
A dynamic reformer workout focused on building strength, muscle tone, and total-body endurance. Expect strength intervals, deeper muscle engagement, and elevated intensity while maintaining the precision and control Pilates is known for. Designed to challenge you while supporting joint health and long-term strength. Hand weights and resistance bands will most likely be incorporated.
THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER WORKOUT, MUST HAVE 10 CLASSES COMPLETED OR PRIOR INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL.
jump & Flow REFORMER
An energizing reformer class that combines low-impact cardio with core-focused strength work using the jumpboard. Designed to elevate your heart rate while remaining gentle on the joints, this class improves stamina, coordination, and overall vitality — leaving you feeling strong, refreshed, and uplifted.
NOT FOR FIRST TIME PILATES STUDENTS. PLEASE HAVE AT LEAST 5 CLASSES PRIOR TO SIGNING UP.

No, all of our classes are multi-level which means that they are ok for any level of experience. However, if you are brand new to Pilates/Pilates Reformer, we suggest that you don’t start with our Group Reformer HIIT classes as they move much quicker than our traditional multi-level class. We always suggest at least one private training session with one of our instructors to get the basics but it is not required. If you do have an injury, are pregnant or need any specific modifications, please be sure to let the instructor know prior to class.

Just you and a pair of grippy socks! And, we actually sell grippy socks if you don’t have a pair already. There is water available at the studio but feel free to bring your own water bottle. And, make sure you have on clothes that you can move in comfortably. (Most women wear a tank top and leggings. Men generally have t-shirt with shorts that have fitted shorts underneath.)

Group Reformer classes require a 12 hour cancellation prior to class start time. Any cancellations within the 12 hours are considered late and you will be charged as if you had attended class. Please do not send cancellation requests to teachers or call or email the studio. Cancellations must be done either through the Momence app or the online website.

We offer a 10 class package or single drop in classes that have a 4 month expiry. If you come to class sporadically either of these may be your best bet.
Our memberships come either in 4, 8, 12 or 16 classes per month. And are best for clients who come regularly to class 1, 2, 3 or 4 times per week.

Memberships allow the client to book a specific number of classes each month (either 4, 8, 12 or 16). They require a 3 month initial commitment and the client is charged monthly on the anniversary of the original membership start.
Any classes unused in a month will roll to the next month as long as the membership is ongoing with a valid credit card on file. Upon termination, any “banked” classes will expire 30 days from the last valid payment.
Every membership will automatically renew at the end of the 3 months unless the studio is notified of cancellation request. (Please do this via email or with the desk staff in person to ensure that the cancellation actually occurs.)
